Terms of use
Draft: this page is being reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
The short version: be kind, only look for rings you've been invited to, and you can leave any time.
About these terms
The Ring She Wants is run by [Operator name, to confirm before launch]. By using it, you agree to these terms.
[Minimum age to be confirmed in legal review.]
Using it fairly
Please don't:
- try to see a ring you haven't been invited to, or find out whether someone has saved one;
- add people as insiders without good reason to think they'd want to help;
- add anything unlawful, or that you don't have the right to share;
- attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service.
Your ring is yours
You own what you add. You let us store it and show it to the people you choose, and nothing more.
Leaving
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It deletes your ring and your insider list straight away, and can't be undone. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Provided as it is
We work hard to keep The Ring She Wants running and secure, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available. We don't sell rings and aren't a jeweller.
[Limits of liability to be confirmed in legal review.]
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
